 Microsoft Access is a management system relational database (DBMS). A database is usually defined as a set of systematically organized information. In the terminology of databases, there are three key concepts in the tables, fields, records and data.A field is each of the types of data to be used. Reference is made to the fields by name.A record consists of the set of information in particular.Data is the intersection between a field and a record.

Tables

You can create pages that will be used to specify and modify data, similar to Access forms. You can also create pages that display records grouped hierarchically, similar to Access reports.
