Microsoft Access is a management system relational database (DBMS). A database is usually defined as a set of systematically organized information. In the terminology of databases, there are three key concepts in the tables, fields, records and data.A field is each of the types of data to be used. Reference is made to the fields by name.A record consists of the set of information in particular.Data is the intersection between a field and a record.
Elements of Access
Tables
Tables with basic or elemental component of the databases. Or what is the same, a database is primarily composed of multiple related tables. The tables contain data on something or someone, suppliers, customers, library books, purchasing, sales, etc.
Consultations
Queries are questions that a user makes to the database. With them you can get information from multiple tables and the structure that interests you. Also, queries can be archived so that the next time you want to ask the same question you will not need to raise it, it is sufficient to call the previously created query. The importance of consultation is huge, in fact, the power of this tool that allows database administrators are almost indispensable in our daily work.
Forms
The forms are a mechanism that greatly facilitates the general surgical tables, especially when it comes to display, enter and modify data. Proper use of these resulting quite at the level of usability of an application or an information system developed with Access.
Reports
Reports allow you to present information with a highly professional appearance when printed our data.
Data Access Pages
A data access page is a Web page that can be used to add, edit, view or manipulate current data in a database in Microsoft Access or SQL Server. You can create pages that will be used to specify and modify data, similar to Access forms. You can also create pages that display records grouped hierarchically, similar to Access reports.

ENTITY RELATIONSHIP DIAGRAM
An entity-relationship (ER) diagram is a specialized graphic that illustrates the interrelationships between entities in a database. ER diagrams often use symbols to represent three different types of information. Boxes are commonly used to represent entities. Diamonds are normally used to represent relationships and ovals are used to represent attributes.
Also Known As: ER Diagram, E-R Diagram, entity-relationship model

TEAM
The team responsible for the accomplishment of this blogger, hopefully translate clearly how to make a database of GENERAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF UTP.
Database Design
Many database users, from the novice user of Access to skilled database administrators are somewhat intimidated by the database design process and consider it something best left to “the professionals.” In this blogg, we’ll explore the basics of database design and you’ll learn that it’s not that complicated, after all!
Some of the lessons in this Blogg are already available (as indicated by the hyperlinked lesson titles). Others are still “in the works” and will be added as they are released
Here you'll see how to access database
